By downloading or using Sprout, you agree to these terms. Please read them, especially the section on medical guidance below.
Sprout uses AI to analyze photos of foods, drinks, skincare, supplements, and similar items and provide general safety guidance relevant to trying to conceive, pregnancy, and nursing. Guidance is generated by an AI model and, while designed to be conservative and cautious, may occasionally be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. You are responsible for using your own judgment and consulting a healthcare professional for any decision that matters to your health or your pregnancy.
Using Sprout does not create a doctor-patient relationship or any equivalent professional relationship. Sprout is not a substitute for professional medical care.
Sprout is offered as a one-time purchase that unlocks full access to the app with no recurring subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies. Because there is no account system, your purchase is tied to the Apple ID used to buy it; use "Restore Purchase" to recover access on a new device.
You agree to use Sprout for its intended personal, informational purpose, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app or the services it relies on.
Sprout is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprout and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app's guidance. This includes but is not limited to health outcomes resulting from decisions made using information provided by the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
